For secondaries, you can get the Synoid Gammacor. It's pretty strong, and the syndicate effect restores energy, which is nice. Atomos is another good option. For primary weapons, I'd probably just wait till MR 8 to get the Fulmin. Zaws, kitguns, and kuva weapons don't have any MR restrictions, and they're pretty much the best weapons in the game.
For melee the skana is usually a good bet early on, primary the boltor is a good choice and secondary there arent too many that come to mind for early game. Also lvl any weapon to 30 before you sell because it sucks to go back and craft with the craft times in this game.
